If you need any assistance in choosing your wig, our team can give you advice on the phone as we are not just 'an internet company'. We have qualified hairdressers & colour technicians on our team who have worked for established companies including Goldwell and TRESemmé. Our staff are happy to help you with any enquiries.

If you are unsure about the shade you need for your wig, we provide a colour match service where you can send us a sample of your hair (or wig) by post. We can then suggest the nearest shade for you. I ordered the Big Twist and it is marvelous. I ordered the wrong colour to start with and the staff very very helpful in getting me the right colour. Problem is....Im addicted now and I want more pieces!!

Hi
My hair piece is really good it is quite difficult to match greying hair and this is perfect. Your service cannot be faulted the young lady I spoke to was so very helpful I am just sorry I have forgotted her name.
I shall deffnitely return to you when the occasion arises

I purchased the big twist hair piece after sending a sample of hair to wigs and pieces
They matched it up for me. My granddaughter thought it was my own hair it was excellent so much so i have been back and bought second hairpiece which was great as well.
This company I had never used just picked at random from web site,
In my opinion the service and care and product is first class also very supportive
Will def use again and my friends are going to use them as well
Well done to all the staff.
