I am very pleased with this wig, I wasn't sure how convincing a synthetic wig would be, but I honestly don't think anyone would guess it's not my own hair. The fringe is very long as supplied, but my own hairdresser trimmed it and it looks much better, there's rather a lot of hair falling over the face otherwise. It takes practice to master putting it on, but after a few wearings it soon becomes a quick procedure and the more I wear it the more relaxed and comfortable I am, knowing that it's not going to slip off! I found the website very easy to navigate and ordering was easy. The order-confirmation emails have easy click-throughs back to the site to check on progress. I had a question after wearing the wig a couple of times and received a phone call from a very friendly and helpful lady who gave me more confidence and kindly answered all my questions fully (I'm so sorry I can't recall her name). To anyone who's suffering from hair-loss I'd recommend a wig for the real boost in self-confidence, if it's just to ring the changes then it would be great. I certainly see myself buying another in a slightly different style at some time in the future and I'll return to wigs and pieces both for the huge choice and the service.
