I just wanted to drop you a quick Note to say "Thank you" to Angela and staff for a fantastic service.  I called in to the shop last week for a consultation and was met with the usual high standard of customer service.  I have visited the shop several times over the last 3 years (always booking in advance)and have always been made to feel welcome and well looked after. Having alopaecia is an embarassing condition but the  care and advice I have received from Angela makes wig buying a far less daunting experience. The extra money on the initial outlay is well worth it for the freedom it gives you. Being able to use styling products and change the style to suit your mood is fantastic. I can even tuck it behind my ears as you cannot see the fabric base to the wig at all! The parting and the crown look very realistic as the hair has been added in a normal growth pattern. I would like to say a very big thank you to Angela who was very friendly and extremely helpful. She has a wealth of knowledge about her products and was always keen to answer any queries when I phoned her.
